The accomplishment rate is unaffected by stats. It can be debated if depleting the HP of your monster just before using the taming product boosts chances of success - no statistically sizeable assessments are already posted (possibly owing on the rarity of taming things). It is also debated whether or not using Provoke over the monster lowers the s
